Tortellini and Meatball Bake
Three Cheese Tortellini Bake adds meatballs, sauce and cheese for a warming dish packed with robust flavor. Baked in a rich marinara sauce and topped with bubbling mozzarella and a dash of parsley, it’s the perfect blend of classic Italian flavors in every bite.
Ingredients
- BUITONI Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini (20 oz.)
- 1 ½ containers BUITONI Refrigerated Marinara Sauce (15 oz.)
- 12 oz. frozen pre-cooked meatballs
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Method
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.
HEAT marinara sauce and water to a low simmer.
ADD tortellini to a 13” x 9” baking plan or casserole, add marinara sauce mixture and meatballs and toss to combine.
TOP with mozzarella cheese and cover with aluminum foil.
BAKE for 10 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 8 minutes. If more browning is desired, place under the broiler until cheese is golden brown.
Serve warm and, if using, top with chopped parsley.
