Scampi Ravioli and Shrimp
Give this family-favorite seafood dish a tasty twist with the addition of cheesy ravioli.
Ingredients
- 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Four Cheese Ravioli (20 oz.)
- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Method
PREPARE ravioli according to package directions.
MELT butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until it starts to foam slightly.
ADD garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the shrimp to the butter mixture and stir.
COOK until shrimp turns pink, about 1 minute on each side.
REMOVE pan from heat; add lemon and parsley, and toss. Season with salt & pepper.
ADD ravioli to pan and combine with sauce.
