Creamy Red Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients
- BUITONI Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini (20 oz.)
- BUITONI Refrigerated Alfredo Sauce (15 oz.)
- 3/4 pound medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 baby bell red peppers, thinly sliced
- Chopped fresh basil (optional)
Method
PREPARE tortellini according to package directions. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp in oil, stirring occasionally until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
ADD alfredo sauce and tortellini to skillet, stir to combine with shrimp. Heat through then serve.
If using, top with chopped fresh basil.
