Pesto Ravioli with Sausage and Tomatoes
Tender Four Cheese Ravioli tossed in our rich pesto sauce provides the perfect balance to savory Italian sausage and juicy tomatoes for a dish that has both depth and freshness. Add a bit of our parmesan cheese to finish off a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- BUITONI Refrigerated Four Cheese Tortellini (20 oz.)
- BUITONI Refrigerated Basil Pesto (11 oz.)
- 12 oz. Sweet Italian Sausage links, sliced 1/2” thick
- 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz.)
Method
PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees F.
On a baking tray, place sausage and tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil to evenly coat. BAKE in oven for 20 minutes or until sausage is fully cooked and tomatoes are nicely roasted. When done, remove from oven and set aside.
COOK ravioli according to directions. Drain and toss with pesto, sausage, and tomatoes to combine.
Optional: Top with parmesan cheese.
